ADELAIDE DELALI KLUTSE
Founder and Executive Director
Adelaide is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State, with research focusing on how contextual factors within and outside the family environment impact family well-being and child outcomes from prenatal stages to age five.

WILHELMINA ANTWI
Communications Director
Mina is a PhD student in Mass Communication at Penn State, specializing in science communication, public engagement with science, and communication within STEM nonprofits, particularly in developing countries.

FRANCISCA LAWSON TETTEVI
Projects and Programs Director
Franka is an emerging family science professional and researcher dedicated to promoting young children’s health by equipping parents, educators, and healthcare professionals with the tools to support their well-being.

ROSEMOND YAA KPEIKU
Development Director
Rosemond is a passionate advocate for gender mainstreaming and sustainable development, with a strong interest in social enterprises and the growth of SMEs. An experienced facilitator and account officer, she is dedicated to driving positive change.
